The deadline for filling up to 35 positions of Air Traffic Controllers of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), from the shortlist of the ASEP competition (notice 1C/2015), is extended until the end of this year.
This article, included in the relevant draft law of the Ministry of Justice, is included in the relevant bill. Development & Investments, entitled “Measures to support the relatives of the victims and the affected persons of the Tempi railway accident of 28 February 2023, pension provision, provisions for strengthening the safety of transport, provisions to enhance development, interventions for the modernization of tourism legislation and other urgent provisions”:
“According to Article 30 of Law no. 4903/2022, the filling of the posts of the PEP2 air traffic staff of the CAA is set to take place in 2022. However, it was not completed in 2022 and an extension of the deadline until 31.12.2023 is required. A provision is also introduced to allow for the possibility of staffing the positions of the Public Relations and Press Office of the CAA with temporary journalists, so that this Office can be staffed with journalists specialised in the subject matter”.
