Intracom enters the aviation the sphere of aviation services. The company (“INTRACOM HOLDINGS” – “INTRACOM HOLDINGS” announced the establishment of “INTRACOM AVIATION S.A.” The main purpose of the new company is to provide modification, repair, maintenance and conversion services for airplanes, helicopters and aircraft in general. Intracom Aviation also aims to provide aviation application services of all kinds, and to participate in tenders of any kind, with a view to undertaking the above projects.
The founding shareholders of the new group company are “INTRACOM VENTURES”, 51%, and “INTRACOM DEFENSE AE”, 49%.
