A small-scale preparedness exercise for bomb attacks took place at Kos “Ippokrates” airport. The exercise was organized on November 29 by the Unified Operations & Crisis Management Coordination Center (ESKECDIK) of the Hellenic Police Headquarters in collaboration with Fraport Greece, the airport’s operating and management body, while special units of the Greek Police and the Fire Brigade also participated.
The exercise is part of a series of actions implemented within the framework of the cooperation of the Hellenic Police Headquarters with Fraport Greece, regarding the development of operational security planning for the 14 regional airports managed by the company.
