With four investment schemes, which submitted Expression of Interest Files to the Superfund, the tender continues for the granting of the right to administer, manage, operate, develop, expand, maintain and exploit the Kalamata International Airport.

-FRAPORT AG- DELTA AIRPORT INVESTMENTS A.E.- PILEAS S.A.
The pre-selection of tenderers, which will mark the start of the second phase of the tendering process, is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2023. The tender for Kalamata International Airport is the first very big step towards the utilization of the 23 regional airports of the Superfund’s portfolio. The utilization of the regional airports, as emphasized, will drastically change the image of the country in the transport sector, which is crucial for the optimization of the service to the citizens, but also for the tourism development of the country.
As regards the remaining 22 Regional Airports, the tender for the selection of a Consultant (financial, legal, technical/traffic) has been launched and the submission of tenders is set for February 6, 2023. The completion of the tender and the signing of a contract with A consultant for the 22 Regional Airports is expected in the first quarter of 2023.
