A… drunken passenger caused an emergency landing on Monday morning at “Macedonia” airport. A foreign passenger of an international flight, heading to Istanbul, caused a disturbance in the flight, as he refused to comply with the instructions of the staff and had gone out of control.
The captain of the aircraft decided to land the aircraft at the nearest airport, which was that of Thessaloniki. After landing, the passenger was arrested by airport police. As it was established, he had traveled using false information, while at the same time it emerged that a conviction was pending against him by the Greek judicial authorities.
