Helistar entered a new “home”. The helicopter company rented the heliport in Koropi (heliport), owned by the Papadakis family. The company, according to information from AAA, rented the state-of-the-art, historic, licensed helipad with the prospect of acquiring it in the future.
HELISTAR is a Commercial Air Transport Organization with an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the Hellenic State as a EASA member, through the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA). The Organization of HELISTAR is located in Pachi, Megara airport concerning the operational facilities and its principal offices located in the town of Corinth.
HELISTAR in present operates two helicopters, one twin engine Eurocopter EC-135 and one single engine Eurocopter EC120. HELISTAR reserve the right to introduce other models of helicopters in the future.
