Greek authorities have approved the construction of two seaplane airports at Porto Heli and Ermioni in the Peloponnese region, setting into motion procedures for hydroplane flights, the company Greek Water Airports announced.
According to the announcement, the decision by the Shipping Ministry, the Greek navy and the civil aviation authority paves the way for the construction of the two hydroplane ports by “Ermionida SA”, the management body of the Ermioni Port Authority and the Porto Heli marina.
