The management of AEGEAN has postponed the Annual General Meeting of the company, scheduled for July 6, by 20 days.
As stated in the announcement, “AEGEAN AEGEAN SA, following the announcement of 10 February 2023, makes a modification of the Financial Calendar for the year 2023 regarding the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is modified as follows: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, 26 July 2023 The Company reserves the right to change the above date, after giving timely notice to the investing public by amending this document.”
