SKY express enriches its summer flight programme with direct flights to 12 countries and 29 international destinations. The airline is also strengthening connectivity for its network of 34 domestic destinations and increasing the availability of seats offered by 20%.
The airline contributes to boosting the country’s tourist traffic also this summer with more than 3,800,000 seats on offer, up 20% compared to last year and operating to and from 64 airports in Greece and abroad.
This growth, among other things, is reflected in the increase in SKY express’ fleet with the addition of the first two AIRBUS A321neo aircraft, which contribute to the increase in the company’s flight operations and destinations.
It is worth noting that, these two aircraft are expected to further enhance the routes to and from London and Paris.
Direct connections to strategic international destinations
Brussels, Larnaca, London (Gatwick), Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome and Sofia are being added to SKY express’ summer schedule this year: Amsterdam, Lille, Lyon, Marseille and Nantes, Copenhagen and Bilund in Denmark, Weeze in Germany, Kosice in Slovakia, Warsaw and the cities of Gdansk, Poznan, Katowice, Rzeszów and Wroclaw in Poland, Bucharest, Timisoara, Iasi, Targu Mureș, Cluj-Napoca, and Sibiu (Transylvania) in Romania.
In addition, SKY express is further strengthening its direct flights to the airports of Crete, the Dodecanese and the Ionian Islands, while maintaining its connection to Athens with the largest domestic network that the airline serves throughout the year.
