A Russian-operated Boeing 737 airliner that declared an in-flight emergency during a domestic flight on Saturday landed safely at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport, Tass news agency cited a russian civil aviation source as saying.
The Russian Boeing 737 aircraft declared an emergency today while en route from the Arctic port of Murmansk to Moscow, Reuters reported, citing Russia’s Tass news agency as citing a civil aviation source.
The plane, flying at an altitude of more than 10,000 meters (33,000 feet), raised the alarm while over the Vologda region. Murmansk is about 1,500 kilometers north of Moscow.
