The Civil Aviation Authority (APA) has been in operation since the first days of the year. The Authority operates according to the standards of respective European authorities and is supported by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
The purpose of the APA is to carry out the certification, supervision, and enforcement tasks in the field of aviation, air navigation, and airports, and the implementation of international, EU, and national legislation on aviation safety, security of law, environmental protection, and regulation of economic activity in the field of aviation transport, air navigation and airports.
